I would suggest eliminating D site-specific libraries, or at least logical names pointing to them,2 and run this printer as an "unrecognized" printer.  3 Sometimes the REQMODNOTFOUND message is irrelevant.   G A CONTERMINATED message means the network connection to the printer was G dropped, usually by the printer or its network card.
