They don't seem to be floating around there (unless they are buried in the distribution). I can send out these two files as well. There was also one additional error in the file dired.el I sent out, the line reading (while blis should read (while blist I'll post vms-patch.el and vmsproc.el on Wednesday unless someone can tell me where they can be obtained by ftp and so avoid the net bandwidth.
