Well, there's Lynx.... :-) The VMS version comes as part of the standard Unix distribution. You can get it from ftp2.cc.ukans.edu in /pub/lynx. I think VMS executables are available there as well. (If you can't find .EXE files, try niord.shsu.edu, which I think does have them. There are a couple of other, SMG-based, WWW browsers, but I don't have details on them. I remember one of them being available for testing by telnetting to vms.huji.ac.il, where I think you logged in as WWW. But Lynx is the only one I've used, and it works fine.
