This submission contains a collection of system manager command procedures
written at the Air Force Weapons Laboratory, Kirtland AFB, NM.  Promised last
fall was an update to the AFWL NAMELIST emulator but it did not make it to
this tape -- maybe this fall... 

The system manager command procedures are:

	CH.COM		-- change process context to match any user on system
	AFWLUSER.COM	-- add new user accounts to system and sort SYSUAF.LIS
	TEMPLATE.COM	-- template command procedure used by NEWUSER
