This area is an update to VMS Kermit. It is Version
3.3.111 and fixes (finally) the residual problems
earlier versions have had with FILE TYPE FIXED file
transfers with short last blocks.
	All sources and objects are present, plus
executables. You probably should just try to run the
.EXEs, or relink the objects. The .MAR files have been
squeezed (they're huge) and can be decompressed with
tools in the [vax86d.LZW] directory on this tape if need
be. The original BLISS sources are present unsqueezed.
