TICKLER

TICKLER is a utility to provide a means of sending a message to a group 
of users on a regular basis.  The user inputs the message along with the 
day of the week he wishes to the message to be sent and a MAIL distribution
list.  The TICKLER utility requires a title to be given to each message.
