This subtree contains the original source files, as received by us, 
for nearly everything under [VMSNET.DEVEL...].  We haven't commented 
all of our changes, or even (in C) put #ifdef VMS ... #endif around 
them, but some comparisons here will tell you what's new. 

[.MFTU] is also here.  We haven't modified it at all, so there seemed
	to be no point in putting it under [.DEVEL].  

[.VMSTAR] - sources and doc. for the Unix tar tape reader and writer.  Same
	comment as above.

[.UUCP_MAIL] - Kevin Carosso's interface to VMS mail for uucp, from the 
	Spring 87 VAX SIG tape.  The original public-domain implementation of 
	a VMS mail foreign protocol handler.  In our implementation, pieces 
	of this became VN_MAILSHR and UUXQT (which is under [.DEVEL.GNUUCP]).
