Uh, I'm the author of DELIVER, and I released it into the public domain some time back. I have had no second thoughts about this, not that it would make any difference -- once public domain, always public domain. DELIVER has been on DECUS tapes in the past. It is heavily used inside Digital as well -- I have unofficial reports of over 200 systems running it inside Digital alone. I no longer supply copies of DELIVER upon request; that got to be too much for me. However, I'll be happy to put a copy on YMIR.BITNET's MAILSERV system. This is a brand new version that works with both VMS 4.x and 5.x, and it includes support for Cc: lines. It will be in VMS_SHARE format in three parts. DELIVER is shipped as part of PMDF, but it does not need PMDF to operate (nor does PMDF need DELIVER, for that matter). Please report any problems with DELIVER to me. I cannot promise to fix them in a timely manner since it (obviously) has less priority than supported software like MATHLIB and PMDF, but I'll do my best.
