Forgot to add that if you define the dbg$ logicals in the system table, and
*don't* allocate the DECterm, then you can debug symbionts. You lose the
DECterm when the symbiont exits (so you have to keep creating new ones) but
it's much easier than the "traditional" method given in the manual.
