	   When executing MAIL_SERVER.EXE on a remote node during
	a DECnet mail process, the process dies with the three 
	errors listed below:
		%MAIL-E-NOMSG, Message number 007E829A
		%STR-F-ILLSTRCLA, illegal string class
		%STR-F-ILLSTRCLA, illegal string class


	   The problem is that at V5.3 and higher, the MAIL_SERVER
	image cannot be executed with SYSPRV enabled.  

	   The solution is as follows:

		(set object mail to call sys$manager:mail.com instead
		 of activating the mail_server image directly)
		$ mc ncp def obj mail file mail
		$ mc ncp set obj mail file mail

		Edit sys$manager:mail.com and add a line saying:
			$ set proc/priv=nosysprv

	This problem has been reported to VMS engineering, and DEC
	is viewing it as something to be fixed asap.
