I have found an undocumented $SNDJBC item code while trying to write a printing
application.

I wanted to print on my system using arbitrary usernames which did not exist in
my SYSUAF.DAT.  I knew this was possible because the DQS product allows
printing on remote systems using usernames which do not exist on the remote
system.

The item code SJC$_RESERVED_INPUT_187 will bypass the SYSUAF check and allow
arbitrary usernames to be used.  The arbitrary username will be printed on FLAG
pages and will be written into the VMS accountng record for the print job.
I am using SJC$_RESERVED_INPUT_187 in place of SJC$_USERNAME.  The CMKRNL priv
is required.
