It was just brought to my attention that the patches for my addins for
1.39 were reversed and missed the new files.  I have put new versions
of these patches in the anonymous FTP area on foobar.colorado.edu.
The details are:

For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, the patches
are to add full debug support to the MIPS GCC platforms.  Some form of
the functionality will be in GCC 2.00, but these are not offical FSF
