F_GETLKI has been tested through VMS 5.4-2.  The RMS lock searching feature
uses undocumented internals of RMS and is therefor subject to failure without
notice (specifically, if the RMS record lock resource names are ever changed).
The .CLD file assumes that UTIL_EXE is a logical name where F_GETLKI.EXE can be
found.  Most of the detail on what this program does and how to use it are in
the .HLP file.  CMEXEC privilege is required, as well as SYSLCK in most cases.
