New Features in MOST version 3.0   (Sept 1, 1991)

0.  No line or filesize limit (except that imposed by the system).  For
    example, I read a file containing over 14,000 blocks and 256,000 lines.

1.  Multiple windows added.  One may view the same file in several windows or
    view different files in separate windows.

2.  Selective display is now possible.  MOST is now able to ignore lines which
    are indented beyond a user selected amount.

3.  Scroll Locking is now implemented--- Windows locked together,  scroll
    together.

4.  (VMS) Most is now able to spawn subprocesses.  The spawning feature is
    unique in the sense that if the user attaches back to MOST leaving the
    spawned subprocess still intact, MOST will attach to it the next time
    the user requests a spawn.

5.  (VMS) Editor support:  MOST now uses callable EDT and TPU routines to edit
    the file.  This way no subprocess needs to be spawned.  In addition, MOST
    can attach to a kepteditor, eg, EMACS.

6.  User may toggle from 80 <-> 132 columns with the 'w' key.
