Yes! The latest version found on vxcrna.cern.ch is about a week old, it is 
version 2.04/11 of 17 January 1994 I believe. There is of course an AXP version
too.

(You might have more success posting to cern.heplib or cern.lpaw about this, 
though not all newsservers carry these groups.)
