This area contains the sources for a remote magtape driver for VMS
on VAX or AXP by W. Moeller. The driver runs over DECnet and makes
a tape on one side of a net appear locally attached to the other
side. This can then be used for backup, copy, etc.

Also present is an implementation of a pseudo tape using a disk
file.
