It is designed as an easily maintainable menu which uses minimal overhead while being fairly robust. All documentation is included in the command file itself; setup directions at the beginning, modification history and features at the end. New features since V3.5: o Added hidden options. The description is prefixed with a "_" to hide an option, and using "~" will toggle display of hidden options. o Added optional customization. For any user or group of users, you may now have the same menu show a restricted set of options. The options are maintained in a separate file, which has the same name, but a file type of ".CONTROL". The syntax is identical to that within the menu command file itself, with the addition of a "!name!" tag to the end of the line to determine which user(s) should have this modification. "name" can be the username, or any name that you define in an optional "menu name"_control symbol. See the features at the end of the menu for for information and examples. You may retrieve it from narnia.memphis.edu via anonymous FTP, gopher, or WWW. It should also show up soon in vmsnet.sources, as it was just sent there. -- Harry Flowers Internet:FLOWERS@CC.MEMPHIS.EDU or FLOWERS@NARNIA.MEMPHIS.EDU The University of Memphis, 112 Administration Bldg., Memphis, TN 38152 (USA)
