ANU NEWS 6.1 Beta 10

This is the latest release of ANU NEWS for VMS (VAX or AXP), a full
function net news client and server for VMS.

Note that one important patch having to do with scrolling is here
also; it has not been applied, but should be if possible.

ANU NEWS allows one to turn a VMS node into a news site, acting
as client and server (yes, it can serve NNTP sites).

It is recommended that you use a separate disk (or virtual disk) as
a news disk since news fragments its disk heavily.

Complete documentation is provided, though the latest features are
not integrated into the documentation well (which is why this is
a beta release). Also all sources are present.
