This area contains the TIN news reader for VMS, and the FNEWS news reader
also. Documentation is supplied internally. Note that FNEWS was repacked
into ZIP files to conserve space and is present only as object files.
TIN comes with source.

Because of FNEWS not having sources, you should convince yourself of
its trustworthiness before use; contact the supplier (see the doc
files included) if you want to do this.
