Hi all,

Due to a request of an update of cdwrite I've modified the program so that
speed 6, 8 and 12 are allowed for YAMAHA and other MMC-compatible drives.
I do not have such a device here, so I cannot test it out. The run with a
Yamaha CDR4260tx went OK.
