Open Office

Office is a more-or-less clone of Microsoft Office written in Java
and C/C++ which has been released freely. The code does not at the
moment run on VMS but the full source is here in case anyone feels
like working with it. It had been a commercial product till Sun
bought it, and Sun started giving the sources out. At the moment
anyone can port it to anything and release it. A word processor,
spreadsheet, presentation facility, and I believe a database and a
few more are in the collection.
