Welcome!

This page will allow you to change your POP password. This is done simply by logging into the POP server and picking a password. NOTE: You must have a telnet client configured for your platform. If you do not have a telnet client, please contact your local computer or network administrator to obtain one.

Picking a password

Changing your POP password

To change your POP password, simply click on the location below. You will then be magically telnet'ed to the POP server. Once you see the login prompt, login with your POP account name and old POP password. You will then be prompted to select a new password. Here is a sample session for John Doe. His POP account name is "jdoe".

This is what John sees when he clicks on the location below:

Next, he types his POP account name:

login: jdoe
Password: (The password text you type will NOT be visible!)
Changing password for jdoe
Old password: (Joe types his OLD POP password.)
New password: (Joe types his NEW POP password.)
Re-enter new password: (Joe re-types his NEW POP password.)

And you're DONE!

Find your location, and click on it!
