       You can now setup perldesk to control your 
       incoming support emails. This can be set to allow
       registered/all users t submit tickets.

       A knowledge base has been added, staff members can
       add categorized articles, which are the searchable
       from the users area.

 [*] Extended the staff notification
       Staff members will now be notified of new calls
       and new responses by users.

 [*] Add Staff Logging
       Staff members can now log help desk calls and 
       assign them internally. Particularly usefull for
       tickets submitted over the phone.

 [*] Added Priority Modification
       Users can now moddify the priority of their own 
       request.
