Changes like these are expected to be included in the next version of
BZIP2 for VMS, which is expected to be version 1.0.3b.
2005-10-07 Replacement VMS.C file with code added to
the access callback function to set the "sequential access only" (SQO)
flag. This avoids excessive lock time when writing to a file system
with highwater marking enabled.
