Wget for VMS - Patches for Version 1.10.2a

Changes like these are expected to be included in the next version of Wget for VMS, which is expected to be version 1.10.2b.

• 2005-10-26    Replacement LOG.C file to fix a problem with spurious newlines in progress dots when output is directed to a file.
