BLPGENERATE Utility R1.4

This purpose of this utility is to convert FMS Form Description files to 
ALL IN 1 template (boilerplate) files.  This allows an ALL IN 1 application
programmer to either convert existing forms into boilerplates or use the FMS
editor as a boilerplate layout tool.

This tool is packaged as a VMSINSTALable kit.  For more information, please
extract the Release Notes from the kit.  Online help and the release notes
are the only documentation provided.  Note that the VMSINSTAL procedure
allows you to install this software in a single user's account or system-
wide.
