This material is from Harry Flowers' FTP site (narnia.memphis.edu). The software in this directory is ZIPped with VMS file attributes. If you don't have UNZIP.EXE, you can get it in binary mode from here. I either wrote or help maintain this software, so it should always be the most current version. This software is available from narnia.memphis.edu via anonymous FTP, gopher, or World-Wide Web (WWW) clients. Most of it will also run on AXP systems; some software contains AXP objects and images already built. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- AAAREADME.TXT This text file .LINKS (Ignore all .LINKS files - they are for Gopher) ASKOPER.ZIP For operator interaction with DCL command files BROADCASTCLASS.ZIP Gets current broadcast classes for later restoration CSWING.README File explaining contents of the C Swing distributions CSWING_V*.ZIP C Swing directory and file manager; see CSWING.README DECUS_VS036.PS Session overheads for VMS Performance Mgt I: Memory DECUS_VS037.PS Session overheads for VMS Performance Mgt II: Disk and File DYNPRI.ZIP Dynamic Priority adjuster for interactive CPU-bound procs MASTER.ZIP Delegate GRANT/REVOKE of groups of identifiers MAIL_EDIT_V*.ZIP VMS MAIL TPU routine to strip headers, quote, spell, etc. MOST.ZIP Foteos Macrides' version of John Davis' MOST file viewer SYSMGT.ZIP My VMS System Management Guide in PostScript SYSTAT.ZIP System status program; shows cluster-wide process info UNZIP.DOC UNZIP documentation UNZIP.EXE UNZIP program for OpenVMS VAX UNZIP.ALPHA_EXE UNZIP program for OpenVMS AXP [.COM] Subdirectory with several command procedures. Note that Digital's own "TCP/IP Services for VMS" (a.k.a. UCX) currently does *not* support "STRU O VMS". If you're transferring these files with gopher or WWW, the file types should be set correctly for you. This file is in the [ANONYMOUS] directory, and you may set default to subdirectories in the usual ways. Unix-style file structure commands are not supported. For example: "cd unsupp", "cd [.unsupp]", or even "cd [anonymous.unsupp]" will work, but "cd /anonymous/unsupp" will *not* work.
