README file for MX Source Kits: MX V4.1 (20-JUN-1994 15:16) The MX sources are divided up into subdirectories. Each subdirectory contains a DESCRIP.MMS file for building the components in that subdirectory. N.B.: The various MX components make use of MDMLIB, NETLIB, and FLQ routines. NETLIB sources are included in this kit, as backup save set NETLIB_SRC.BCK. The MMS description files for some of these components may assume the following: 1. That this directory structure is under a device name called MX_SRC: which can be a rooted directory. 2. That the logical name MDM_LIBRARY points to the directory where the BLISS LIBRARY file for MDMLIB and the MDMLIB object library are kept. The BLISS REQUIRE file for MDMLIB (BLISSMDM.R32) and the object library are both provided with this kit. 3. That the logical name NETLIB_SRCDIR: points to the directory where the BLISS LIBRARY file for NETLIB is kept. The BLISS REQUIRE file for NETLIB (NETLIBDEF.R32) is provided with this kit. 4. That the MX_FLQ_SHR.EXE shareable library is available in SYS$SHARE. You can either copy the MX_FLQ_SHR.EXE image from MX_EXE into SYS$SHARE or edit the DESCRIP.MMS files and/or linker options files to point to the correct location for that library on your system.
