Now does numberup, for tree-killing managers you want to go blind ...
Enclosed: unzip, make into a .tlb, and define appropriate forms to use
it. lpt_graybar_page_setup & msap$ctrl_d (both empty) included for
compatibility with our msap forms. Set the lpd queue to use the
library & use an appropriate mounted/default form.
