This turned out to be fixed by alpdcl02_071. I only had alpdcl01_071
(from the original JAVA required patches) annd didn't realise that the
base JAVA requirements had changed.

Anyway I now have Mozilla 5 up and running with VMS 7.1 and UCX 4.1 ECO
9 and have managed to display some pages (even proxies work now) before
it terminated with a SYSTEM-F-SECTBLFUL which I'm sure I can sort out.
Just have to get back to some real work first :-)
