Subject: EZSave: Lightweight Persistent Objects

The February issue of The C++ Report has a good little article on
implementing lightweight persistent objects by Joe Hesse. This is a
problem I've needed solved a number of times and each cut I've made
at it hasn't satisfied me. So, if you need persistent objects but
don't need or want a full fledged object database, this little
package may be for you. I've ported it to DEC C++ 6.013 and tried
out the test cases on OpenVMS/Alpha 7.1. I've put the code into my
FTP site:

	ftp://www.acornsw.com/ezsave.zip

Good luck and please let me know about any cool extensions and/or
fixes you make to this package.
