PARAMETERS
| CSPHandle (input) |

Service Provider module used to perform this function. If a NULL
handle is specified, CSSM returns error. |

|  |  | Pointer to CSSM_DATA structure that contains data
that identifies the cryptographic device. | 
DESCRIPTION
This function triggers the cryptographic module to perform
self verification and integrity checking.
RETURN VALUE
A CSSM_RETURN value indicating success or specifying a particular
error condition. The value CSSM_OK indicates success. All other
values represent an error condition.

Errors are described in the CDSA Technical Standard.
