The following commands can be used to build this software:

    $ BASIC  newmail
    $ LINK  newmail/OPTION


If you have MMS, then type:

    $ MMS /DESCRIPT=NEWMAIL


To test:

    $ SET COMMAND TEST_CLD
    $ NEWMAIL
