RCARD V1.3, TOOLS, Read Cardfiler cards on VT terminal
                                       
   RCARD displays DECwindows/Motif Cardfiler cards on regular VT
   terminals. Only text-only card files are supported.
   
   RCARD is written entirely in C. Complete sources are provided.
